Often none, or limited experience with similar cases
We are legal specialists in air passengers' rights and handle all communication with the airlines on your behalf. This is because airlines often neglect their responsibilities regarding flight disruptions. From our experience, many airlines make it challenging for individuals to secure compensation. In many cases, passengers' claims are either ignored or wrongfully rejected by the airlines. This often complicates matters, as the only remaining option is to take the case to court, which can be time-consuming and expensive for individuals. Therefore, if you have a legitimate claim under EU Regulation 261/2004, Refundmore will subpoena the airlines at no cost to you. We are dedicated to offering you top-tier service and will keep you updated throughout the process."
